This workshop is all about celebrating our wonderful growers, in this first of a kind workshop for Poho where we will be venturing 80Km South-West of sydney to Oakdale to visit our dear friends at Eugalo.About this experience
Journey out of Sydney to see where it all begins at Eugalo flower farm. Enjoy a guided farm tour with farmer and horticulturist Andrew McFarland, pick your own blooms and foliage and then have Sydney’s most loved florist Poho Flowers guide you through creating a lavish tablescape and share tips and tricks to styling the perfect lunch table. Afterwards, enjoy your hard work with a fully catered lunch with paired wines. Held just 1 hour out of Sydney in Oakdale you’ll spend the day learning from the best and be treated to a beautiful seasonal lunch courtesy of Epicure Camden
All materials and tools will be supplied and you’ll receive a bag of treats to take home and enjoy. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves entertaining or anyone who’d love to learn a new skill, all at the beautiful Eugalo.

Owner and Director of Poho Flowers, Ed West will host you at Eugalo with dear friends and growers Andrew & Freda McFarland. Andrew & Ed will guide you through how fresh cut flowers are grown at scale and share with you their knowledge to get flowers from the farm to your table. A recent farmer himself, Ed's at his happiest on the land and has a passion for entertaining and styling, having traveled extensively and with a love of food and wine he is eager to share his knowledge with you about creating the perfect entertaining experience with flowers.
