- All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
- Prices do not include the delivery fee.
- Prices include GST where applicable.
- The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower & container value.
- All examples of flowers are a guide to the style of flowers that will be delivered. Flowers may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your order.
- PoHo Flowers guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Each arrangement delivered by PoHo Flowers is created by a professional florist.
- Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times.
- Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Our Delivery Policy
PoHo Flowers will deliver flowers to anywhere in the greater Sydney area.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
If your delivery is extremely urgent please call PoHo Flowers for advice on delivery availability.
Delivery costs are influenced by the delivery location, exact delivery costs are calculated in the ordering system and will be added to the order total before checkout. PoHo flowers are delivered using Bonds Express couriers and the delivery pricing structure is as follows:
Orders for delivery before 12pm need to be received by 9am.
Orders made before and up to 3pm on the day of delivery.
VIP DELIVERY SURCHARGE ( VIP Surcharge + Standard Delivery)
Orders made after 3pm Sydney time on the day of delivery.
Orders required within 2hrs.

Delivery on Weekend and Public Holidays
Please be aware that we do not deliver on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Customer Service Policy
PoHo Flowers is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 1 business das to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you belief you have a genuine complaint regarding the goods and service supplied by PoHo Flowers you can phone the PoHo Flowers store and discuss your concerns with a managing staff member. PoHo Flowers will assess the individual complaint and may provide a refund, exchange or credit where goods are found to be faulty.
